At Jon Wayne, we are looking for HVAC Installation Helpers to join our team!

Some HVAC experience is highly desired, along with a great attitude, drive, and desire to learn and work hard.

Job Duties:

· Assist in Installation and/or repair of HVAC systems and duct work

· Assist in Installation of various types of thermostats, filtration and equipment

· Adhere to all quality and safety codes

· Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools

· Follow state and local building regulations based on the National IRC Code

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in HVAC, construction or other related field very helpful

· Familiarity with HVAC schematics, blueprints, and manuals very helpful

· Familiarity with HVAC equipment and hand tools very helpful

· Ability to interact and communicate with customers

· Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

· Must be able to focus on task at hand and follow through to completion

· Clean driving record

· Pass background check

· Maintain a clean-cut appearance

· Must be detail oriented

· Ability to work flexible work hours - possible long days

· Ability to work with others and be a team player
