Requirements:
- 2 years Residential HVAC Installation experience
- Customer Service Oriented
- Knowledge of HVAC Equipment, Codes and Installations
- Team Player
- Organized
- Reliable
- Self-motivated
- Desire to learn new products and skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Must have very good writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Must have very good “people” and leadership skills.
- Must have an exceptional knowledge and understanding of all company policies and related procedures and systems.
- Must have the ability to install residential and light commercial heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment, as well as related accessories, successfully and without supervision up to a capacity of 5 tons or 2,000 CFM.
- Nate Certification is a plus- we can provide training
