Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years Residential HVAC Service or Installation experience
- EPA Certification
- State Registration
- NATE Certification is a plus
- Knowledge of HVAC Equipment, Codes and Installations, HVAC Diagnostic and Components.
- Team Player, Organized, Reliable, Self-motivated
- Desire to learn new products and skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- There are several skill levels of Service Technicians. In order to graduate from one level to the next, Service Technicians must meet the qualifications of all previous skill levels.
- Analyze, diagnose and resolve customer problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate manner. Spot potential problems to prevent premature and unexpected breakdowns or callbacks.
- Practice good customer relation skills.
- Attend service-training classes to upgrade technical capabilities. Commit to involving customers in our Rescue Club programs.
- Fill-out all forms and paperwork in a neat, timely, complete, and accurate manner.
- Abide by the company dress code.
- Perform service calls and other assignments as instructed and do so in a courteous manner.
- Handle customer concerns, questions, or problems in an effective manner.
- Must have successful work experience in the area of customer service, mediation, and/or diplomacy
- Must be an excellent "people" person with superior skills in the areas of customer service and problem resolution
- Must have excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Must possess superior communication and diplomacy skills necessary to fully resolve any customer concern or complaint and assure total customer satisfaction
